All rooms are equipped with SAT-TV. Internet access can be provided via WLAN. Car parking is available in front of the building.

You are free to use our garden and farmyard to find a quiet space to read or just relax.

Your rooms are not totally separated from our private living area.

Our pricing is based on a minimum stay of 2 nights.
For single night stays we charge an additional fee of 10 € per person.

Breakfast:

We offer a continental breakfast. (08:00 to 10:30 am). If the weather allows you can enjoy your breakfast in the farmyard. Advance notice is required if you prefer vegetarian or vegan meals.

Check in / Check out:

We kindly ask to coordinate your approximate arrival time with us to make sure we are there to welcome you.
Check in from 03 pm (or according to your needs and availability)
Check out by 11 am (so we can prepare the room for the next guest)

Payments:

We ask for cash payments or money transfer.
EC- and Creditcardservices are also available.

Cancelation fees:

We understand that plans do change.
To minimize our costs and give others a chance we charge following cancelation fees:

Cancelations more than three weeks prior to your booking are free of charge
Cancelation two weeks prior to your booking at 50%
Cancelation one week prior at 75%
Two days or less at 100% of the booking costs.
